Privacy policy

Updated 02.11.2026

This page describes what happens to the data you leave on kreative.lv and in Kreative OS, our client portal at app.kreative.lv. It is written plainly, because it is meant for you to understand, not to cover us.

Kreative OS and Google user data, in short (details below):

  • What we access: only your Google account’s email address, and permission to add one view-only KREATIVE calendar to your Google calendar list. Not your calendars, events, contacts, emails or files.
  • How we use it: only to show your company’s content calendar in your Google Calendar.
  • Who we share it with: nobody. We do not sell it or use it for advertising or AI training.
  • How we protect it: the access token is used once and not stored; the email address is kept in a database table only our server can access; all connections are encrypted (HTTPS).
  • How long we keep it: while the calendar is connected; disconnecting deletes the address. You can also write to info@kreative.lv.

Kreative OS’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or pass on the data to anyone else.

Cookies, the Meta pixel and Microsoft Clarity

The website uses three tracking tools. The Meta pixel shows which ads bring people in. Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use the page (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) so we can see where people get stuck. Clarity does not see what you type into form fields. Our own analytics (KREATIVE, app.kreative.lv) counts page views, clicks, scrolling and form submissions, never what you type.

None of them switches on until you accept. If you choose “Only necessary”, they are not loaded at all. Neither Meta, Microsoft nor we can see that you were here.

Your choice is stored in your browser. To change it, clear this site’s data in your browser settings and the question will appear again.

Client portal Kreative OS (app.kreative.lv) and connecting social accounts

Kreative OS (app.kreative.lv) is a separate KREATIVE app, the client portal, where a client sees their account statistics and content calendar. It is a different site from kreative.lv, but it belongs to the same SIA KREATIVE and this policy covers it too.

In the portal, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn accounts can be connected. When a client does this through Facebook Login (the KREATIVE LOGIN app), we access the following data:

What we accessWhy
Facebook Page name, ID, follower/fan count to show which Page is connected, and in the statistics panel
Username, ID, follower and post count of the connected Instagram Business account to show Instagram statistics in the panel
Data of published posts: image/preview, caption, publish time, like and comment count to see in the content calendar what has already been published
Results of each post: reach, saves, shares, views, average watch time to show which videos work
Permission to publish Reels or Stories so a video can be published straight from the portal WHEN the client asks for it. KREATIVE never publishes without the client’s action in the portal

If a client connects a TikTok account, we access similar but less data: the account username, the list of videos and permission to publish a video when the client asks for it. TikTok videos we publish through the portal are visible only to the connected account itself until TikTok has finished reviewing our app; that is TikTok’s rule, not KREATIVE’s.

If a client connects LinkedIn (their own profile, or a Company Page where they have the Administrator or Content Administrator role), we access:

What we accessWhy
Profile name and ID, and the list of Company Pages the person administers so the client can choose where the portal publishes, and see what is connected
Permission to publish posts (text, photos, video) to that profile or Page so a post can be published or scheduled from the portal WHEN the client creates it. KREATIVE never publishes without the client’s action in the portal
Page follower count, the Page’s latest posts and their numbers: impressions, reach, reactions, comments, shares, clicks to show in the statistics panel what works
For a personal profile: follower count, and impressions, reactions and comments of posts published from the portal the same, for profile statistics

We do not read LinkedIn messages, connections or other members’ profiles. LinkedIn statistics are cached for at most one hour. A LinkedIn access token is valid for 60 days; after that the client renews it in the portal. We never sell or share LinkedIn data with anyone.

The browser NEVER sees the access token. It lives in a separate database table that only the server can access: not the client’s browser, and not our staff directly. All Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn calls are made from the server; only finished numbers go back to the portal.

A client can remove access in two ways: in the portal, or directly in the platform’s settings (Facebook: Settings → Apps and websites → Remove “KREATIVE LOGIN”; TikTok: account settings → connected apps; LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services, linkedin.com/psettings/permitted-services). After disconnecting, we delete the token on our side too. We keep this data while the account is connected; when the client stops working with KREATIVE, the data is deleted.

Kreative OS: connecting Google Calendar (Google user data)

In Kreative OS, under Settings → Integrations, a member of a company’s team can also see their company’s content calendar in their own Google Calendar. They do this by signing in with their Google account. The calendar is created and kept up to date by KREATIVE’s own Google account; in your Google Calendar it is view-only.

What we access

Google data / permissionWhy
Your Google account’s email address, as verified by Google (the openid and email permissions) to share the company’s content calendar with exactly that address (view-only), and to show in Settings which Google account is connected
Permission to add a calendar to your Google calendar list (the calendar.calendarlist permission) so the content calendar appears in your Google Calendar right away. If you untick this permission, Google emails you an invitation and you add the calendar yourself

We do not read your existing calendars or their events, your contacts, emails, files or any other Google account data. In your calendar list we add only this one KREATIVE calendar and change nothing else there.

How we use it

Only to show your company’s content calendar (dated entries: videos, posts, stories and email campaigns) in your Google Calendar and keep it up to date. The calendar’s events come from the portal, not from your Google account.

Where it is stored and how we protect it

Who we share it with

We do not sell or pass on Google user data to anyone. It is processed only by our server (Cloudflare) and database (Supabase) on our behalf, and of course by Google itself. The calendar is seen only by members of your company’s team who have connected it themselves.

How long we keep it and how to delete it

We keep the address while Google Calendar is connected. Disconnect it in the portal (Settings → Integrations): we delete the address from our database and remove it from the calendar’s sharing. The same happens automatically if you are no longer on the company’s team. When nobody in the company has the calendar connected any more, we delete the calendar. You can also remove access on Google’s side: Google Account → Third-party apps & services. If you want us to delete everything at once, write to info@kreative.lv.

Limited Use. Kreative OS’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

This means: we use Google data only for the feature described above. We do not use it for advertising, do not sell it, do not pass it to data brokers, do not use it to determine creditworthiness, and do not use it to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. No person reads it, except with your request (for example, in a support request), for security reasons or to comply with the law.

Data we process on behalf of clients

In the portal, clients keep their email contact lists, send email campaigns, create tracking links and can install the KREATIVE site tag on their website. KREATIVE processes this data as a processor on the client’s behalf. The controller is that client: this data is covered by their privacy policy and our data processing agreement, not by this page.

If you received an email from one of our clients, you can unsubscribe with the link at the end of every email. For other questions about your data, contact the company that wrote to you. If you contact us, we will forward your request to them.

Legal basis

We process application data on the basis of your consent: you filled in the form yourself so that we would get in touch. Cookies are also based on consent. Connecting Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google Calendar in the portal is processed on the basis of performance of a contract (to provide the service you have agreed on) and your direct action (the connect button).

How long we keep it

We keep an application for up to 24 months from the last contact. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we delete it. Portal connection data is kept while the connection is active (see each connection above).

How to delete your data

Two ways, depending on where the data came from.

If you applied through a form on kreative.lv (for example /zvans/ or a video page): write to info@kreative.lv and say you want your data deleted. We delete it from Notion and stop storing it.

If you are a user of Kreative OS (app.kreative.lv) and have connected a Facebook Page, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn or Google Calendar: disconnect it in the portal, or remove access on the platform’s side (Facebook/Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Remove “KREATIVE LOGIN”; TikTok: the connected apps list in account settings; LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services; Google: myaccount.google.com/connections). We delete access tokens and the Google address immediately. If you also want us to delete the stored statistics history and the account record, write to info@kreative.lv and we will do it by hand within a week.

Your rights

Write to info@kreative.lv. We reply within a month, usually the same day.

Changes

If we change how we use data (including Google user data), we update this page and the date at its top, and tell portal users about significant changes in the portal or by email.
